Yep!!! I do it all the time! I make mine with old crushed up blush or eyeshadow I no longer use, combine that with a teaspoon of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and mix it up, and heat in a microwave for 30 seconds. Then you put it in the freezer for a few hours and when that's done, you can use it! It's great!
i remeber i used to make it from a recipe in a magazine i found like 3 years ago. i searched online and this is practically the same recipe, and it defiantly works(:
