well i use lip balm then apply my lipgloss and i think it majes a difference... i wouldnt know what brands though... just anything wll do.. try and get an aloe vera or a minty lip balm and your fav lipgloss =]Does lip gloss make your lips softer?
It depends what ingredients it contains. Looks for lip gloss with vitamin E, shea butter, avocado oil, apricot oil etc. These oil actually nurture and soften skin- avoid mineral oil.
it does when you put it on but on the next day it goes roungh and skin starts to peal off
